Getting setup:
If you follow this process your experience will be pretty straight forward
and trouble free. If this process does not work for you, please let us know
so we can make it better. If you want CTP software all setup for tomorrow's
opening then you are going to be disappointed. This will take at least several
days. Please understand that CTP is a product of two companies and each party
involved has their own set of responsibilities.
Definitions:
CTP is the Coast Trading Package. It is the DiNapoli suite of indicators, a
module that is an add on to Trade Navigator Gold. Both the DiNapoli module and
Trade Navigator Gold make up CTP.
Genesis produces Trade Navigator Gold
CIS or Coast is Coast Investment Software, Inc., Joe DiNapoli's company
FibTrader.com is the CIS web site
1. Determining what you need:
There are a variety of Data Options offered by Genesis. To determine what is
best for you there are two key people you can speak with, Sean and Danielle.
Sean is a key player at Genesis while Danielle is our (CIS) front line support
and contact person for CTP. They are both competent and knowledgeable. They
both care! Sean has the final word regarding data issues since you will buy
data from Genesis, not from Coast. If you get information and setup up your
account with someone else, less informed, at Genesis, our experience tells us
that you may experience difficulties. Pete Kilman is a manager at Genesis and
if you don't get results--if your phone calls are not returned, or if you have
issues that the Genesis staff can't seem to get resolved, ask for Pete.
If you have any questions regarding CTP DiNapoli study features, Danielle is
on the front line but Sean also has some knowledge of what we offer.

2. Order the software or request a free trial:
Experience tells us that if you order CTP software through us (if you pay us
directly) we will front run the order through genesis and track it until it
is properly completed. We can also get you the CTP support and tutorial more
easily this way since we are aware of your order and its progress. We prefer
you speak with Danielle before you order but it is not mandatory. When you are
ready, you can place the order by filling out the Misc. section of our order
form. Your initial charges will not reflect Data or CTP subscription charges.
They will be charges described here plus shipping.
3. We contact Genesis and they ship the product to you.
4. You install the software, get it running, with the help of Genesis support.
You obtain a Genesis customer ID number.
5. Order the Subscription to D-Levels within CTP.
This will provide you with the DiNapoli Fibonacci Tools, MACD Predictor and
more. You order the subscription through Coast. We will need that Customer ID
number to process the order. Typically Genesis will notify you when you have
been enabled or upon a download of data, you will simply see icons appear on
your tool bar for certain of the DiNapoli studies.
6. Tutorial:
Danielle will be available, once you are enabled, to help you with a tutorial
of all the DiNapoli indicators. She is helpful by nature and if you ask her
to help you with things Genesis ought to do-- like installation or whatever--
she will try but it will be less than efficient since she is not equipped to
support general software questions.
If you get frustrated with the process at any point, obviously contact Danielle,
as she can "front run" issues that Genesis has not acted on.
